How to Paint Wicker Furniture

The first thing you will want to do before you paint your wicker is to get is to get it clean. Use a vacuum to get the loose dirt and debris out of the cracks and crevices. Next mix up some detergent and water. If there is mildew on the piece, adding a bit of bleach will help to remove it. Use a brush and scrub your wicker piece thoroughly.
