Kids Beds Make Or Break It

Do you remember being a kid?  How much fun was it to reorganize your bedroom furniture?  Or buy fun sets of sheets?  You could spend hours looking through magazines at kids beds, closets, accessories?  Every child wants input in creating the room.   So make the dream come true!  Offer your child a totally new look, just by working on the beds.

Kids bedding is the simplest and least expensive way to transform the bedroom.  Deep dark colors can contrast bright or light walls to create a childish and fun atmosphere. Pastels will soften white walls.  Your child can choose cartoon prints or outer space patterns to make them real “kid beds”, floral designs, scenes from movies… anything you fancy, kids bedding designs are endless.  Even your toddler can enjoy the newness of fun bedding!

When your kids are growing out of a small bed, kids twin beds are the best choice.  You can get single twin beds for kids, bunk beds, and loft beds.  They each have their own benefits and character.  You and your child can design an entire bedroom merely from the right choice from these kids beds!

If you have children sharing a bedroom, kids bunk beds save space and are an entertainment system in themselves.  Bunk beds usually come in wood or metal frames.  They are available in every color and style imaginable, from simple white bunkbeds to elaborate hand-painted masterpieces.  You can get movable ladders, or built in.  Even rope ladders are a possibility!  Kids bunk beds practically beg themselves to be used as “kid forts” and children can spend hours entertaining themselves with this possibility.  Just make sure your ceilings are high enough for when that kid tries to stand on the top bunk!

If the bedroom is large enough, you can offer your children twin beds.  Kids twin beds are especially charming if your children enjoy matching bed sets.  Canopy beds are also an option.  These beds also have storage space underneath; useful for clothing, toys, or any other storage items.

Kids loft beds are also great space savers, but perhaps more useful in a bedroom that is not being shared.  This single bed allows dressers or writing desks to be put under the bed, like a miniature office.  It leaves the rest of the bedroom space open and creates a real feeling of “my own place” for your child.

Choosing the right bed will really change the character and quality of the bedroom.  Discuss, design, and shop with child for a true bonding experience.
