When it comes to adding a home bar, most people want this new gathering place to be both functional and also stylish. One way to make that happen is with your choice in bar sinks. The next most popular type of bar sink are glass sinks. The bar is a small area and you will want to take any opportunity to add a touch of color and style to this area. In fact, the right sink can become the focal point of the entire bar area. Glass sinks can be found in any sink type but the most popular is definitely the glass vessel sink. The reason glass is so popular for vessel sinks is because with a vessel both the inside and outside of the bowl are visible and can really be shown off. Solid color glass sinks are a nice touch, but a glass mosaic sink can really add a feeling of fun to the bar area.
No matter which sink you choose for your home bar, remember that it should be stylish in addition to functional. The bar sink needs to wash glasses and perhaps small plates, but the workload is generally not all that much so you can afford to give up some function for that wow factor.
