You might spend a hundred dollars making a set of curtain panels yourself versus spending fifty dollars at your local super drapery discount market.
Keeping costs down and quality of design high will be easy with the cheap but stylish double curtain rods, and other supplementary drapery hardware. The eyelet curtain rings, and finials are priced according to the matching rod, and will not break the bank in this situation.
